    Serves 1

    INGREDIENTS

    1 teaspoon Bliss Elixir nerve nectar

    250ml plant milk of choice

    1 teaspoon (or to taste) of jaggery, maple sugar or natural sweetener of choice

     

    DIRECTIONS

    Steam milk. Stir in Bliss Elixir nerve nectar and sweetener.

    Drink bliss!
